Shop notes
The hose tip measures about 32 mm and the port socket about 32 mm, the same, so the hose tip seats inside the port socket as a friction fit. No reducer is needed for this pairing, so the Dremel Multi-Max dust port and the 1-1/4 in shop-vac hose connect directly.
It is a push fit, not a lock. Seat it fully and check it has not crept loose after a few minutes of vibration before you trust it on fine dust.
